Architectural Tidbits, Part 2

A few more from my travels this week: 1) detail from Church of Our Savior (Catholic) on Park Avenue at 38th St.; 2) the Chrysler Building, shorter but more beautiful than the Empire State Building; 3) Central Synagogue on Lexington Avenue; and 4) detail from Grand Central Terminal.

I really love that area of town. Grand Central mesmerizes me. I can't stop taking pictures of it.

I have yet to get to know Murray Hill. Dunno if you've ever walked by Thirty Third and Bird? A cute little exotic bird store with tiny birds in the window.
