Am-I-Dumb.com - Intelligence Test
A "southerner in New York City" trying to survive as a husband, dad, breadwinner, artist, photographer, and all of the usual "baggage" that entails . . . ruminations on growing up in southern suburbia during the 70s and early 80s . . . a sampling of my photographs and paintings . . . all filtered through the sieve of clinical depression, too much education, and always, my very biased opinions.

I got 20/25 of these for a percentage of 66.73. Took 4 mins. Not what I'd hoped for. I think I messed up every question that had metric measures... See, I've always said you're way smarter than me. :-)
You and 99.999% of Americans - including me - have trouble with the metric system. That's why that 1970s-era attempt to "go metric" failed. The old system is just too much a part of our cultural DNA. Remember the silly highway signs that showed miles and kilometers?
I got 24/25 but was probably a little long on the time. I got 94% or smarter than 93.99%. You are right; you are smarter than I. I come from a family of geniuses and I am not one of them. I used to kid that I was the dim bulb in the family four-pack.
Ok, not to appear dumb here, but hell, I'm not proud. ;-) Explain this to me, if boocat only missed one question and is smarter than 93.9%, how is it that Brian is smarter than 94.1%? Did Brian miss less than one question but not get them all right?
Oh wait, I'm getting it. Even if all the questions are answered correctly, it doesn't mean that a person is smarter than 100%.
Now I'm really confused. Oh, yeah, I'm blonde too but that's no fair.
Just pretend I didn't write this...
Dear One Wink, There is a time factor figured in there, too. I only missed one, but I probably took a little longer thinking them out so, I lost points. My senior brain has an older co-processor.
Thanks, Boo. ;-) I like to blame stuff on hormones...
