An orchid cutting, a tree abloom at the corner of Charles and Bleecker Streets, a beautiful hyacinth, and a daffodil: signs that Spring has finally arrived in New York City, despite the not-so-warm temperatures over the last few days.

Awesome colors, Brian!
I've noticed the trees blooming. Any day now, millions of New Yorkers will begin to sneeze, lol.
Your photographs continue to bring a smile to my face. Thanks for all of the spring flowers. This has been an especially beautiful spring here, too. I am puzzled by the hydrangeas in the Part 1 photographs, however. It is very early for hydrangeas even in Alabama. I don't expect to see mine until the end of this month or the first of May. The blue ones are absolutely my favorite flower and their sojourn with us is so fleeting each year.
